CHEATER!

What a way to start off a health & fitness blog  LoL
                                       Nothing better than with a CHEAT day!  :P

I have to say...I do not have a certain type...of food that is! :)
             I love food! I don't discriminate:  Asian, Middle Eastern, Mexican, and Italian to name a few!


I figure you ONLY  Live ONCE! And if you have great food (cheat foods) once a week that is Okay! We earn it through the week by first getting through a busy work week, maintaining everyday life, working-out, and just being plain AWESOME!

The Beginning..


Let me start by just telling you a bit about ME! I am no writer..but I wanted to start a blog about Health/Fitness/Beauty. I am always trying new products! Yes, I am one of those women who has a millions shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face cleaner, lotions and oils! Yes,  the list could go on and on about what I have lined up in my shower and bathroom counter.

Now, all you men know we aren't lying! LoL Some things I love, like or just completely waisted my money on! Money in the trash! :/

The past few years I have become more active, I use to be as skinny as a stick and could EAT what ever the heck I wanted (fast food junkie) As I get older, I have a saying, "I gotta work out to eat!" and that's the darn TRUTH!

I Love food, but can't cook a lick!! That being said I have become best friends with George Foreman (the grill) That man can cook anything! LoL

To make things even easier I meal prep, so lunch and dinner are a breeze! I don't even have to think about it! Voila! Dinner is served. :)

Stress is a bitch! It has a way of aging us faster and making us feel like dog pooh. Working-out for at least 20 minutes a day is a must! I just recently purchased a spin bike from Amazon.com and have been riding my ass off! I first thought of the blog idea honestly when I could not find GREAT spin classes on YouTube, I found a handful I enjoyed and thought, shoot, I think that would be fun to motivate people and just have a blast!

So anyways, I am a rambler...here we go! :)
